It isn't taken before sex. The ingredients work by building up, so taking them consistently is the part that matters.
Should I check with a doctor first?
The label says to consult a physician if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition. The same goes if you take prescription medication.
If your symptoms began after starting an SSRI, another antidepressant or finasteride, talk to the doctor who prescribed them.
